Deep dive into ancient yoga texts including Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Upanishads. Study the eight limbs of yoga (Ashtanga), ethical guidelines (Yamas and Niyamas), and the spiritual foundation of yoga practice. Understand the historical development of yoga from ancient times to modern applications.

Comprehensive practice and teaching of 84 classical Hatha yoga asanas, Vinyasa flow sequences, and modern variations. Learn proper alignment, modifications for different body types, hands-on adjustments, and how to create balanced sequences for various skill levels. Includes standing, seated, twisting, balancing, and inverted poses.

Master essential breathing techniques including Ujjayi, Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom, Bhastrika, and Nadi Shodhana.
